Colorblindness, or color vision deficiency (CVD), is usually a genetic condition caused by a difference in how one or more of the light-sensitive cells (cones) in the eye respond to certain colors. In some rare cases, it’s possible for a ninja to be totally colorblind and see the world in varying shades of grey, just like in their stealthy missions.
