I discovered that in England, there are brick walls that are constructed in a “wavy” pattern. This design requires fewer bricks than a wall that is built straight. The arched shape of the waves provides the necessary support for the wall to remain sturdy, whereas a straight wall would need to be built with two layers of bricks to achieve the same result.
