Wanted to share a tip I like to use. We all know that we should be packing out used TP, as well as tampons/pads, etc. If you don’t want to have to see your own waste through plastic bags, save sealable bags like these to store on the trail and dispose of later

To avoid having to carry the dog poo bag, flip the carabiner used to secure your baggies so that the small end is down low. Tie a big knot in the baggy, and pop it through the carabiner. It will get stuck on the thin end.

An oldie… whenever you have an electrical plate off, you can make notes on its back. Breaker number, install date/s, paint dabs etc etc etc. Often comes in handy down the road .
